Mira · your travel companion

Mira, your travel companion

Mira is an AI concierge. Your trip comes with a phone app that you can use every step of the way. Mira is AI: the bell on every screen of it, and it never books or spends without a yes from one of you.

Why Mira? It is a name, chosen because it is short and does not sound like any other travel app.

What is on it

Customizing just for you

Was it worth it?

At the end of each experience you get just one prompt: did you like it enough to do it again?

If the answer is yes, it learns, so your future trips are customized a little more to the two of you. If the answer is no, that counts too.

There is nothing to rate and nothing out of five, because a number is not what you will want back.

The part that pays off late

What was that place called again?

You will remember the villa and the boat back at dusk for a long time. What goes is the small place you found yourselves, down a set of steps, with no sign on it.

Years later, type half a word and the journal gives you the name, the street and which of you found it. It also knows whether we sent you there or you found it yourselves, because we ask.

Open Journal on the phone above and tap Two years later to see it. The journal is its own offering; read about it at the journal.

Separately, then together

Your partner has their own ratings and their own journal.

The collage

  • The Atlas: every place you have both been, on one map, with a filled pin where you went and a hollow one where you might.
  • A row for each place, opening to the photographs each of you kept, dotted in the colour of whoever took them.
  • Your answer to the one question, place by place: more like this, or once was enough.
  • A collage you can share with friends, the way you would share an album, is coming; the Atlas and the pages are built and the sharing is not, so there is no picture of it here.

What it is not

Private, and it stays that way.

NOT PUBLISHED

There is no profile, no feed, and no public page. Nothing you keep is visible to anyone but the two of you.

NOT A RATING

No stars, no score, no number. A place you would go back to and a place you would not are the only two things we ask.

NOT A CHORE

One prompt an evening, dismissible for good. Skip a whole trip and nothing nags you about it.

Your trip, every step of the way.
